The Inquisitorius, also known as the Inquisitorius Program, the Order of Inquisitors, the Inquisitor corps, the Imperial Inquisition, or simply Inquisition, was an organization of Force-sensitive operatives under the Galactic Empire.

The Inquisitorius, also known as the Imperial Inquisition, was a secret division of Imperial Intelligence consisting of dark side Force-sensitive agents known as Inquisitors (sometimes also as Inquisitioners), or "truth officers".

Inquisitor was a rank used within the Inquisitorius Program of the Galactic Empire. As dark side agents of the Empire, their main purview was to hunt surviving Jedi in the aftermath of Order 66 for the purpose of elimination or induction into the Inquisitorius, where they could be made to serve Darth Sidious.
