Feb 1, 2024 · Every year, the Winona Fire Department makes three visits to each fifth-grade classroom to teach fire safety. Part of their curriculum involves creating a fire safety poster. This year's theme was "Pay Attention to Fire Prevention." Winona's top three poster winners all came from Cotter Schools.
