Stress worry dont help our symptoms the more we stress the worse our pain becomes. The pain will be horredous for you because of you stressing.Pain can sometimes lessen when we dont stress as much.take care

The part of my arm that connects my breast to my arm always hurts and my arms are always feeling dull, especially the inner/ outer creases of my arms. One sided could be from repetitive motions of that arm, maybe you slept on it. But usually fibro is symmetrical.
