Douglas Gordon Ross (born 27 January 1983) is a Scottish politician who served as Leader of the Scottish Conservative Party from 2020 to 2024 and as Leader of the Opposition in the Scottish Parliament from 2021 to 2024.

The leader of the Scottish Conservative Party (officially the leader of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party) is the highest position within the Scottish Conservative Party. The current holder of the position is Russell Findlay, who was elected to the position on 27 September 2024, replacing Douglas Ross.

From 31 Jul to 5 August 2016, I was part of a fact-finding political delegation to Israel and the West Bank for Scottish Conservative MSPs. The costs of the visit amounted to £2,000 and were met by Conservative Friends of Israel (of CFI Ltd, PO BOx 72288, London, SW1P 9LB).
