Nov 4, 2023 · After many unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls to Avatel where our original contract sat in the summer- Avatel finally tells us we have been moved to Flexa (Networks)? as we had a fibre upgrade during the summer. These companies are connected (or even the same company now?) I understand but Avatel insisted we now contact Flexa.

Feb 28, 2023 · Hi, I use Avatel for my fibre internet. They have a sales and service office in La Zenia boulevard, in the same mall as Al Campo, just opposite the supermarket tills at the exit. You could call in there and speak to them. The internet service is very reliable, only been off a couple of times in the 5 years we have used it. I have not come across Vega Fibra. Rgds, Aitch.
