Two Chicago Transit Authority trains were evacuated following the derailment of a Yellow Line train at Howard station.
The Chicago Transit Authority said service on the Yellow Line – also known as the Skokie Swift – will resume at 4:45 a.m. Friday.
"The CTA acknowledges publication of the National Transportation Safety Board's (NTSB) preliminary report, and appreciates their ongoing review of the November 16th Yellow Line incident.
