Thomas Morstead has found a new home. The former longtime New Orleans Saints punter has signed with the San Francisco 49ers after spending the past two seasons with the New York Jets. The punter made the announcement on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Wednesday.

The San Francisco 49ers made a switch at punter, signing veteran Thomas Morstead and cutting Mitch Wishnowsky after six seasons in the role.
