Palisades Charter High School, a popular filming location for Hollywood productions that also boasts such famous alumni as Forest Whitaker, J.J. Abrams, and Jennifer Jason Leigh, has been damaged by the devastating wildfires ravaging Los Angeles.
Palisades Fire: High School Featured in Several Hollywood Movies Burned Down
The Palisades Fire has engulfed Palisades Charter High School, a school that has long been a popular location for Hollywood productions. NBC Los Angeles reported on Tuesday night that the wildfire spread through several structures at the PCHS campus, and had all but destroyed the adjacent Theatre Palisades.
