Another major move on the college football expansion front could be on the horizon if the right conditions present themselves, according to a new report. North

UNC could be attractive to both the Big Ten and the SEC in the future. It's not because of football success ... or Bill Belichick.

As confirmed by Smith, if the Tar Heels were to attempt to leave the ACC any year before 2030, the exit fees would range from $93 million to $165 million. The fees drop to $75 million from 2030-36.

North Carolina might be looking for a way out of the ACC and into the SEC, and it may not be alone in that regard.
