Karl-Anthony Towns wasn’t buying into the premise of the question. It was put to him, after Saturday’s Knicks practice, that some might argue he should be taking more shots given his status as a superstar.

The lack of shots for a player with Towns’ resume is glaring, but the star center said he isn’t concerned with shot distribution or touches.

The Knicks will face the No. 2 seed Boston Celtics, the defending NBA champions, a team with length and shooters all over the floor. Game 1 is Monday.
