Google, Kairos Power, and TVA have signed a deal to deliver 50 MWe from the Hermes 2 advanced reactor to Google data centres in Tennessee and Alabama.

It is the first deployment under an agreement that Google and Kairos signed last year to the launch the startup's nuclear technology at a commercial scale.
