The family of a man shot and killed while riding an ATV in a Winter Garden neighborhood has hired civil rights attorney Ben Crump.

A protest was held Friday night in Winter Garden, calling for justice for Ja’Keem Williams, who was shot and killed while riding an ATV through an apartment complex.

Winter Garden police said they had been called four times to the apartment complex for complaints about ATV riders.
