As a mother, I am genuinely disgusted by House Bill 1136, which would dissolve the Indianapolis Public Schools district and turn all its schools into charters. I send both of my kids to IPS, and this is our choice to do so.

if more than 50% of eligible students were enrolled outside, that public school district would be dissolved and replaced with a charter system governed by an unelected board.
