Former President Joe Biden’s physician has asked to delay his testimony before the House oversight committee this week, citing the need for an agreement that will respect doctor-patient confidentiality rules as part of the investigation into Biden's health in office.

Kevin O’Connor, who served as President Biden’s physician during his term, asked the House Oversight Committee Saturday to postpone scheduled testimony over disagreements on the scope of the questions the Republican-led committee can ask him.

Trump’s comments come after Monday's press briefing, where White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked to walk through the decision to halt weapons to Ukraine. Leavitt stated it was the result of a standard review by the Pentagon of all weapons and aid to all countries that the U.S. supports.

The U.S. is going to provide more weapons to Ukraine after having recently paused a shipment to the country, Trump said. He added that he's "not happy" with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
