The Sixers reached the 20-win plateau with a 2-1 win over St. Peters Post 313 in the Stripes Pool opening game at Silex High School.

St. Xavier defeated Mason 12-11 to win their fifth consecutive regional lacrosse title. Senior Johnnie Guttman led St. Xavier with seven goals, including four in the final quarter.
