Winds between 10 to 20 mph, and gusts of up to 30 to 40 mph are contributing to the fire weather conditions, along with low relative humidity, the NWS said.

The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys, Delta, and lower foothills due to strong winds, low humidity, and warm temperatures, which could lead to extreme fire behavior.
