Iowa's Cold Case Unit has introduced a deck of playing cards featuring 52 unsolved cases, aiming to generate new leads by distributing them to inmates.

Carl Seebeck, a Pawtucket homicide victim, was the King of Hearts in the deck of cold case cards, which were distributed to inmates at the ACI.
