Preorders for the console will resume next week at the previously announced price of $450, but accessories are getting more expensive.

On April 8th, Nintendo also announced that it would be delaying Switch 2 preorders in Canada “in order to align with the timing of preorders to be determined in the US.” With this news, Canada will be able to preorder the Switch 2 on April 24th as well.

The company had delayed pre-orders for its highly anticipated new console to evaluate the impact of President Donald Trump’s tariffs.
