The mother of a 2-year-old girl in New Jersey wants answers after she picked up her daughter from day care last week and noticed one of her braids was missing.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the 18-year-old had her hair in two Dutch braids as she hung out with friends on a stoop on Saturday.
