Two men were shot and killed in separate incidents in Harlem on Monday afternoon, and police said they were still searching for the shooters Tuesday. Hamid Thomas, 32, was gunned down around 2:30 p.m. at the New York City Housing Authority’s Drew Hamilton Houses on West 142nd Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard, according to the NYPD.
