An attempt to turn Oak Hill, the Loudoun County home of President James Monroe, into a state park nearly became history in the General Assembly.

The video with more than 11,000 views and 350 comments, surfaced online last week and was posted by an anonymous member of “Neighbourhood Watch Cambridge, Ontario” Facebook group.
