(Reuters) -Several social media companies should not be held liable for helping an avowed white supremacist who killed 10 Black people in 2022 at a Buffalo, New York grocery store, a divided New York state appeals court ruled on Friday.

KALAMAZOO, MI — Four individuals were arrested this week as Kalamazoo Public Safety officers executed two search warrants in relation to July 4 shootings. Officers responded late Friday, July 4, and early Saturday, July 5, to three different shootings in Kalamazoo, which left five injured and one dead.

Deputies responded to a shooting call in the 1500 block of Fulghum Road at 5:33 p.m., according to a news release.
