Police state that Santos Mota-Ramirez was entering the kitchen from the back of the residence and an active fire could be seen behind him. Mota-Ramirez was then detained inside the home.

60-year-old Santos Mota-Ramirez was taken into custody following a domestic dispute. That's when responding officers saw the quickly spreading fire.
