The top 30 golfers in the FedEx Cup standings are still participating in the Tour Championship, but the PGA Tour's final postseason event has new rules. The No. 1 golfer, in this case Scottie Scheffler, no longer starts multiple strokes ahead of the field.

The conclusion to another fantastic season on the PGA Tour concludes this week in Atlanta as the 2025 FedEx Cup Playoffs wrap with its final leg held at East Lake Golf Club. A massive $10 million winner's share is on the line for whomever finishes atop the leaderboard at the 2025 Tour Championship,

Scheffler's victory in the BMW Championship on Aug. 17, in which he rallied from four shots behind Robert MacIntyre to start the day, was his 13th top-10 finish in a row since tying for 20th at The Players Championship. Nine of them have been top-fives.
