COLUMBUS, Ohio — The man accused of shooting six people, killing two inside a New Albany warehouse appeared in a courtroom Thursday for a second time to see if he was competent to stand trial.

T he man accused of shooting six people, killing two, inside a New Albany warehouse earlier this year was indicted on more than a dozen felony charges, according to court records.

Bruce R. Foster III, accused of a mass shooting in New Albany, Ohio, has been found incompetent to stand trial. Two forensic psychiatrists determined Foster is mentally unfit to assist in his defense.
