The high school baseball season is ramping up in Mid-Missouri as several local teams came away with wins Tuesday night.

Caden Hopper pitched three innings of one-run ball and slammed a two-run homer as Southern Columbia rolled to its third win.

The Tigers scored seven runs in the fifth inning, but it wasn't enough to rally against the Cardinals in nonleague baseball.
