LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Freeze Watch has been issued for central Kentucky, effective from this evening through Wednesday morning, due to an unseasonably cold air mass settling over the region.

The last several days brought significant rainfall to the Greater Cincinnati region, resulting in flooding issues that have persisted across much of the area.
