While other companies announce laptops with 2,560 x 1,440 screens, Toshiba is doing the competition one better: the outfit is showing off a notebook with a 15.6-inch, 3,840 x 2,160 display.

A 4K screen has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, which is also called Ultra High Definition (UHD). This is four times as many pixels as Full HD 1080p, which has a resolution of 1920 x 1080.
