New marching band uniforms for Emmaus High School were top of mind Monday for attendees at East Penn School District's Monday night board meeting.

Cedar Falls, which made its state tournament debut Monday, with a 12-11 win over Southeast Polk before falling to Linn-Mar, 8-0 in a Wednesday semifinal, finished 31-11.
