Quick Settings (Windows 11) or Action Center (Windows 10) lets you quickly access common settings, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Airplane mode, Battery Saver, and volume controls.

If Advanced Display Settings is not showing on your Windows computer, you may need to check your Graphics drivers or the System files first.
