(Which you're trying to do with a Timer)<BR><BR>If you're using a Form's Timer, that's not going to work. You need to be using the other Timer system timer. This one isn't GUI bound.

Unfortunately, VB.NET doesn't seem to provide any mechanism for putting a dash or other non-standard character into an identifier. Can it be done?
