The only new change is the Spectator mode toggle which is currently an experimental feature. Here are the patch notes of the Minecraft Bedrock Update 2.41.

In "Minecraft's" Creative or Spectator modes, you can fly by double-tapping the jump button, but in Survival mode, you'll need to find an Elytra.
