There is no COUNTIF function in Microsoft Power BI. If you need to apply that logic, you’ll have to turn to other measures.

Although many Power BI functions are also available in Microsoft Excel with the add-on Power Pivot, Power Query, Power View and Power Map tools, Power BI is easier to use and more intuitive.
