SpaceNavigator for Notebooks, a laptop mouse designed for 3-D navigation, lets you move horizontally, vertically, and in a third dimension of depth within your 3-D space.

Connecting a wireless mouse to your Mac will likely require either Bluetooth or a USB dongle. A Bluetooth mouse will need to be connected to your Mac using the Bluetooth menu in System Preferences.
