Tropical Storm Sara has formed in the Caribbean Sea and is forecast to continue strengthening, according to the National Hurricane Center.

A somewhat rare November storm system is gathering steam in the Caribbean Sea. Tropical Storm Sara will eventually make a turn to the east and Florida.

Tropical Storm Sara has at least 40 mph winds in the Caribbean Sea. As of the latest forecast, Central America is bracing for potentially life-threatening flooding. Tropical Storm Warnings and Watches are in place for parts of Central America.
