RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - A letter containing a white substance addressed to the Lt. Governor of Utah was intercepted in Reno. Last Friday morning, the FBI found a suspicious letter addressed to Utah Lt. Governor Deidre Henderson’s office that contained a white powder.
