The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued an “urgent” warning Monday about knockoff Labubu dolls posing a “serious risk of choking and death to young children.” The warning only applies to fake versions of the Labubu dolls — sometimes referred to as “Lafufu dolls” — which are sold as tiny plush figures on keychains.

The plush, mischievous monster dolls have risen in popularity over the last year, and they can often be spotted hanging from backpacks or purses.
