Academy Award winner Brie Larson ( Room) has signed on to make her West End debut in a new revival of Sophocles’s Elektra, translated by Canadian poet Anne Carson.

I couldn’t be more excited to perform in this Greek drama," said Oscar-winning Brie Larson, who hits the stage in London next January as the titular character from Sophocles' famous play.

Brie Larson is set to make her West End debut in 2025. The Captain Marvel star, 34, won the best actor prize at the Oscars, Golden Globes, SAG Awards and Baftas for her 2016 performance in Lenny Abrahamson’s 2016 film Room.
