UFC President Dana White said Saturday that Jon Jones, the UFC heavyweight champ and former light heavyweight champion, has retired. Tom Aspinall, the former interim champ, is now the UFC's heavyweight champion, White said.

UFC legend Jon Jones is retiring, Dana White announced on Saturday. The 37-year old Jones battled issues away from the octagon, but as a fighter, he may have been unmatched. He finished his career with a 28-1 record. Jones is a native of Rochester, New York.
