Like all Unrivaled participants, Reese's contract with Rose BC includes equity in the league, which has the highest average salary in women's professional sports league history. The total salary pool of over $8 million averaged out to roughly $242,000 per player in the 36-woman league, approaching WNBA's core player supermax of $249,244.
