The firm sold a property in Arlington, Virginia for $47 million, slightly below what it paid for the Washington, D.C.-area building in 2021.

The revised plan calls for a two-story, 45,000-square medical office building. There's strong demand in Brookfield for newer space that serves doctors and other medical tenants, Mullins said.
