Margaret O’Neill, 62, died when the seaplane piloted by Queens restaurant owner Joe Oppedisano crashed near the Throgs Neck Bridge about 3 p.m. at 158th St. and Powell Cove Blvd. in Whitestone.

Oppedisano was in the single-engine Cessna 182 with his friend Jose and the pal’s “wife or girlfriend Maggie,” said the man, who did not want to be identified.
