Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum on Friday signed an agreement for construction of the Dubai Loop project with Elon Musk's infrastructure firm the Boring Company, Dubai Media Office said in a statement.
