Four female Israeli soldiers held hostage by Hamas have returned to Israel after militants paraded them in front of a crowd of thousands in Gaza City.
Four female Israeli soldiers kidnapped by Hamas terrorists from a southern military base 477 days ago were freed Saturday morning in the second hostage exchange under the ongoing Gaza cease-fire deal.
A group representing the relatives of Israelis held in Gaza confirmed that the four hostages set to be released by Hamas on Saturday are female soldiers.
A fifth female soldier in their unit, Agam Berger, 20, also was abducted. “This is huge," said Gaza City resident Radwan Abu Rawiya, one of thousands who watched the hostages turned over.
