Everton will face no further action from the Premier League after resolving all outstanding Profit and Sustainability Rules charges levelled against them.

The Club and the League agree that this brings to an end all proceedings between the League and the Club in relation to the Club’s breaches of the PSR for the financial years ending 30 June 2022 and 30 June 2023. Sean Dyche has been sacked as manager of Everton, the club confirmed on Thursday. Dyche took over from Frank Lampard in 2023. Although Dyche steered Everton from relegation in back-to-back seasons amid financial strife, a combination of poor form and an uninspiring style of football has seen the Merseyside outfit act.
