John Mulaney compared his three-year-old son’s “diva” behavior to working with Ellen DeGeneres. Mulaney began his latest episode of Everybody’s Live with a tale about his son’s recent spring concert.

During his Netflix show 'Everybody's Live With John Mulaney,' John Mulaney poked fun at what it's like raising a toddler. Mulaney compared the experience to working on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show,' almost five years after the show ended following toxic workplace allegations made against host Ellen DeGeneres.

“Every toddler at heart is the star of their own show,” Mulaney joked. “You know what having a 3-year-old is like? Having a 3-year-old is what I imagine working on Ellen’s show was like because people come over and they’re like, ‘How is it?’ And you’re, like, ‘Oh, it’s fun. You know, we have fun. There’s games. But some days are hard.’”
