Hot on the heels of Ford’s Mustang Mach-E NASCAR prototype, Chevrolet rolls out the Blazer-based EV.R. Electrification is shouldering its way into motorsports just as it has with our everyday new vehicles.

Like the Ford, and like NASCAR's unbranded prototype, the three-motor setup makes the Blazer EV.R all-wheel drive. Those motors draw from a 78-kWh liquid-cooled battery, which is stored inside a modified Next Gen chassis. The car's suspension is also taken from that car, another common feature with the other two demonstrators.

With no more Camaro to carry the flame, the Chevrolet 2025 Blazer EV is set to reestablish the SS designation as something to be respected.
