After blasting two home runs against the Seattle Mariners, Philadelphia Phillies star Bryce Harper spoke about stepping up in Zack Wheeler's absence.

"Right-handed pitcher Zack Wheeler underwent a successful thrombolysis procedure to remove a blood clot in his right upper extremity this morning," the announcement read.

Per the Phillies, Wheeler's subsequent treatment and timeline to return are yet to be determined.
