CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — A man is in police custody after a stabbing near the University of Virginia's campus on Thursday evening. A statement from the university said the stabbing happened around 4:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Emmett Street. One victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment and is currently in critical condition.
