A grand jury has indicted the man accused of setting a woman on fire aboard a Brooklyn subway train, Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez announced Friday.

Sebastian Zapeta, the man accused of setting a homeless woman on fire in a Coney Island subway car, has been indicted on murder and arson charges. Prosecutors say Zapeta, who reentered the U.S. illegally after deportation,
